The minor arcana in a tarot deck consists of 4 suits similar to a normal deck of playing cards.
Wands or Rods = Clubs
Pentacles = Diamonds
Cups = Hearts
Swords = Spades
Wands are associated with the element of fire. Wands are the suit of aggression, creativity, action/movement. Some of the qualities of Wands are:
Confidence
Adventure
Courage
Spark
Will
Power
Enthusiasm
Outgoing
Forceful
Passionate
These are wonderful qualities, however when the energy of the wands is around you, you must be careful and become too aggressive, brash, self-absorbed, irresponsible or impulsive.
